Description

The Maestria 50 WT is a wired motor which is developed for screens. His electronic end limit switch unit allows you to wire several motors in parallel if there is no individual control needed. A large range of motors are available: from 6 Nm until 35 Nm. General functions There are 3 different setting modes for the end limits possible Full automatic: automatic up and down end limit Full manual: a fixed up and down end limit Semi-automatic: a fixed down end limit & an automatic up end limit When the upper end limit is set in automatic mode (semi-automatic or full automatic mode) with a setting cable, the load bar will touch the screen box each 30 cycles. This during the first 180 cycles. This to compensate the lengthening of the fabric. After 180 cycles this lengthening compensation will only be executed each 90 cycles. This because the fabric won’t stretch a lot anymore. For a perfect closure of the cassette of the screen at each up movement, with the load bar that touch the cassette box at each time, the setting of an automatic upper end limit must be set with an EMS2 tool during the production.
